Lautus is the Latin word for washed, polished and elegant. It is a standard we chose deliberately, and one we hold ourselves to in every home we serve.
Our story
Built for families who expect more, and say less.
Lautus Services was founded in London to serve a particular kind of client: high-profile families, many from the Arab world and Asia, who divide their time between countries and expect their London households to run flawlessly whether they are in residence or not.
These families rarely want to explain themselves. They want staff who understand why the kitchen is halal, why certain rooms are private, why the household quietens during Ramadan and why discretion is not a preference but a condition. That understanding is the foundation of everything we do, from the people we recruit to the way we communicate.

We speak about our clients to no one. Confidentiality agreements are standard across our staff and our contractors, and we are careful about what we ask as well as what we share.

A residence prepared by Lautus should be beyond comment. We check our own work, we correct it before you notice, and we treat a small flaw with the same seriousness as a large one.
